Connect Claude Desktop

Use the Claude Desktop app with your AI Reserve account. You sign in with your work Google account — there is no API key to copy or store.

1. Install Claude Desktop

Download the app from claude.com/download and install it. Don't sign in yet — the next step configures where the app connects first.

2. Add the AI Reserve settings

Open the downloaded file, then go to System Settings → General → Device Management and click Install on the "AI Reserve — Claude Desktop" profile.

Windows

Double-click the downloaded file and confirm the prompt to add the settings to the registry.

3. Sign in and chat

Open (or relaunch) Claude Desktop. It will offer to sign in through your organization — click through and pick your work Google account in the browser. That's it: your usage is billed to your organization's AI Reserve wallet automatically.

Is this file safe to share?

Yes. It contains no passwords or keys — only the address of the AI Reserve gateway and sign-in settings. Access is granted by your Google sign-in, and only accounts your administrator has added will work.
